Brewing method: 6oz in gaiwan, boiling water
This tea has a classic Tieguanyin Oolong smell with a creamy-toasty-carmelly element underneath to start out, and the initial brew is fresh with a slightly piney/floral taste. A thick, darker soup and sweet citrusy-ness, kind of like a faint easy peeler orange, starts to emerge as you keep going.
