Brewing method: 6oz in gaiwan, boiling water

I had a dream a few nights ago that I was drinking a super smooth, super clean, light, tasty white tea. And that's kind of what this is. It starts out really smooth with a sort of cereal grain taste, and picks up a subtly peachy sweetness over steeps, but mainly just has the really refreshing taste of very good white tea.
