2025 Have Yourself A Merry Little Xmas Huangpian

Brewing method: 6oz in gaiwan, boiling water

When I was breaking some leaves off this cake I definitely noticed a funkier smell than the very clean, grassy one this cake started with, so the aging may be having more of an effect. It started out almost too sharp but now about half a year later is a bit smoother and sweeter, so more enjoyable.
