Type of tea: Ripe Puer

Brewing method: 6oz in gaiwan, boiling water

I really like these experimental lighter ferment ripe puer teas. Some that I have are a bit too bitter/funky for casual drinking so I don't get them out as much as I like... generally bitter is more a taste I get from my coffee. But these are very smooth while still having a relaxing, slightly savory woody taste to them.
