Winter Daphne

Brewing method: 4oz in gaiwan, boiling water

I love the complexity of this oolong, it's honestly almost kind of weird. The first steep is very woody and almost piney, and then on the second steep a strong floral tang suddenly comes through, which chills out into a more smooth classic oolong flavor over time.
